Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

We hope you love your purchase from CarAutoCovers.com! If you're satisfied, we'd be thrilled if you shared your experience with friends. If you're not completely happy, please let us know—we’re here to help. You’re welcome to return any item within 30 days of delivery. There are no hidden fees, and in some cases, we may even cover the return shipping. Every return is handled individually to ensure a smooth and simple process.

For added convenience during the holiday season, our return window is extended to 60 days—from November 15th through January 30th.

How to Request a Return

Step 1 – Contact Us
Email us at sales@carautocovers.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your full name, order number, the reason for your return, and whether the package has been opened.

Step 2 – Approval Process
Once we receive your email, our team will review your request and send you return instructions, along with any applicable return labels or information.

Step 3 – Refund Issuance
After we receive and inspect the returned item at our warehouse, we’ll promptly issue your refund. You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed. Refunds are made to the original payment method and typically appear in your account within 1 to 5 business days.

How to Request an Exchange

If you prefer to exchange your item instead of returning it, we’ve made it easy. Just email us at rma@carautocovers.com within 30 days of delivery. Please include your full name, order number, a brief explanation of the issue, and whether the original package has been opened. If there is a price difference between products, we’ll adjust the balance accordingly before processing the exchange.
